iOS Manual Settings

Here are the steps for manual VPN connection setup on iOS devices.

Preparation

Select Client Area -> Services -> active service

Obtain and note the following information:

• VPN server address that will be used

Settings

1. Open Settings

2. Select General
   

3. Select Unlimited
   

4. Select Add VPN Configuration
   

5. Select Type: IKEv2  and fill in Description: kemangVPN
   

6. Fill in Server Address with Server address that you want to use (see preparation steps above)
   

7. Fill in Local ID with your vpn username (see the activation confirmation email, check your spam box if necessary)
   

8. Select User Authentication: Username

9. Fill in Username with your username (lihat di email konfirmasi aktivasi, jika perlu cek spam box anda)

10. Fill in Password with your VPN password (lihat di email konfirmasi aktivasi, jika perlu cek spam box anda)

11. Select Proxy: Off
    

12. Select Done

13. Setting anda selesai, dan untuk mengaktifkan VPN, pilih  tombol switch Status
    

14. If the VPN is successfully connected, you will see the VPN symbol in your status bar.
    

You can then use other applications as usual on your device. For example, opening web browser or Netflix app.

As an alternative, you can also use the application OpenVPN Connect to make a VPN connection. Follow the settings guide here.
