I have registered and paid, what do I do now?

Once your payment is automatically confirmed, your VPN account will be automatically activated, and we will have sent an email to your email address containing information username and password which can be used for connection.

Please check your email inbox, or your spam folder if necessary.

I want to try the kemangVPN service first. Is it possible?

Sorry, we currently do not provide Free Trial.

Is it possible to upgrade the account from monthly to yearly?

If you have already tried the kemangVPN service with monthly payments, and want to save more by subscribing to the 6-month or yearly payment package, you can upgrade your service.

To upgrade the service, here are the steps that need to be taken:

  • Select Client Area →
  • Log in with your email and password that you used when registering for kemangVPN.
  • Click on 'Services' Button
  • Click on active service
  • Click on 'Upgrade' Button
  • Click on the ‘Select Product’ button for the service you want to purchase. For example, on ‘VPN – kemangVPN 6 Months’ or ‘VPN – kemangVPN 1 Year’
  • Done, and your service has been upgraded/downgraded.
  • Payment for your new plan will be made on your next due date, and we will send you an invoice via email a few days before the due date.
  • If the price of the service package you selected is cheaper than the previous package price, you will receive a discount equal to the remaining days of your usage. This discount will be credited to your deposit and will be a price deduction on your next payment.

How to I cancel my subscription?

To cancel the service, here are the steps you need to take:

  • Select Client Area →
  • Log in with your email and password that you used when registering for kemangVPN.
  • Click on 'Services
  • Click on active service
  • Click button 'Request Cancelation
  • You can fill in the reason for cancellation.
  • Select cancelation type:
    • Immediate: Your service will be stopped immediately and you will no longer be able to use your VPN access
    • End of Billing Period: Your service will automatically stop at the end of your payment period. And you will not be charged for the next payment period.
  • Click button 'Request Cancelation
  • Next, the cancellation request will be forwarded to the admin and you will receive confirmation via email.
