After payment is received, our system will automatically activate your VPN account. So you can use it right away.

However, if you are still having trouble connecting through the kemangVPN application, try one or more of the following steps:
Make sure your internet connection is working properly and you have sufficient internet data quota to establish an internet connection
The password generated by our system contains a combination of letters, numbers, and other characters. Sometimes it can be difficult to distinguish between the letter I (uppercase i) and l (lowercase L), or the letter O (uppercase O) and the number 0 (zero). Please try combinations of these characters. Make sure enter the password exactly as it appears in the emailTo ensure you are entering the correct password, it is better if you copy & paste the password from the email to the kemangVPN application
If UDP Protocol cannot be used for connection, please choose one of TCP Protocols
Make sure there are no other VPN applications or connections currently running on your device. It could be another VPN application, VPN from Chrome Extension or built-in VPN settings. If there is one, disconnect and/or close other VPN applications.
Make sure there is no firewall and/or antivirus blocking ports for your internet connection. Please disable your firewall and/or antivirus first to ensure your VPN connection is not being blocked by those applications.
Restart kemangVPN app ; and/or
Restart your device and reopen the kemangVPN application and try to connect again
