So you can use it right away.<\/p><p>Make sure you have followed the installation and setup steps according to your device as described in <a href=\"\/en\/carapemakaian\/\">4 steps to activate kemangVPN \u2192<\/a><\/p><p>However, if you are still having trouble connecting through the kemangVPN application, try one or more of the following steps:<\/p><ul><li>Make sure <strong>your internet connection is working properly<\/strong> and you have sufficient internet data quota to establish an internet connection<\/li><li>The password generated by our system contains a combination of letters, numbers, and other characters. Sometimes it can be difficult to distinguish between the letter I (uppercase i) and l (lowercase L), or the letter O (uppercase O) and the number 0 (zero). Please try combinations of these characters. <br \/>Make sure <strong>enter the password exactly as it appears in the email<\/strong>To ensure you are entering the correct password, it is better if you\u00a0<strong><em>copy &amp; paste<\/em><\/strong> the password from the email to the kemangVPN application<\/li><li>If <strong>UDP Protocol<\/strong> cannot be used for connection, please choose one of <strong><strong>TCP Protocols<\/strong><\/strong><\/li><li>Make sure <strong>there are no other VPN applications or connections currently running<\/strong> on your device. It could be another VPN application, VPN from <em>Chrome Extension<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0<em>built-in<\/em>\u00a0VPN settings. If there is one,\u00a0<em>disconnect<\/em> and\/or close other VPN applications.<\/li><li>Make sure <strong>there is no firewall and\/or antivirus<\/strong> blocking ports for your internet connection. Please disable your firewall and\/or antivirus first to ensure your VPN connection is not being blocked by those applications.<\/li><li><strong>Restart kemangVPN app<\/strong> ; and\/or<\/li><li><strong>Restart your device<\/strong> and reopen the kemangVPN application and try to connect again<\/li><li>As an alternative, you can also use the application <em><strong>OpenVPN Connect<\/strong><\/em> to make a VPN connection.
